Incorrect City, Incorrect Country, Incorrect Location being displayed on account

To have this resolved, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
1. Full name
2. Student/Staff ID number
3. Incorrect information being displayed
4. Correct information that should be there
5. Whether it is the Portal or Learning Exchange they are seeing the incorrect information.
Note: Once the email is sent to Helpdesk, it will be copied to the Functional Team to update the Location in Banner and then Learning Support Specialist to update the LE side if necessary.
